In 1994, the Wolverine® company decided to found another own brand that produced work boots with an excellent comfort system. This mark is called CATFootWear®.
The ideal of this new brand was to make work boots, but with good comfort inherited from the premium shoe brand Hush Puppies®.
These boots were called “treadmills”, generating great success both in the labor market and in the urban market, because their designs lent themselves to having a dynamic image, an image of a rough man who works.
